IP Mac & Cheese With Optional Peas
Servings 16 Toddler Servings
Ingredients
- 450 g Dry macaroni
- 100 g Frozen Peas
- 1 ltr Vegetable stock
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- 40 g Butter cubed
- 240 g Grated cheese
- 125 ml Whole milk
- 40 g Cream Cheese
Instructions

Place pasta, peas, turmeric & stock into Instant Pot and pressure cook for 4 minutes. Quick Release Steam.

Stir in butter and cream cheese until melted, then add cheese and milk, a quarter of each at a time, stirring as you go. Stop adding milk if it becomes too thin

Let thicken for 10 minutes on 'Keep warm'.

Add milk as necessary to achieve desired consistency.
