Mild Curry Sauce for Katsu

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion Finely chopped
  • 3 Large Carrots Diced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 1 tbsp Mild Curry Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 800 ml Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions and carrots for 8-10 minutes until the onions are soft and translucent.

  2. Add the garlic, and fry for another 30-60 seconds

  3. Add the spices and combine.

  4. Add the coconut milk and honey and continue to heat. Season to taste.
