Eggless Drop Scone Pancakes
Ingredients
- 500 g Plain Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 670 ml Whole milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Oil To fry
- 1 Ripe banana optional
Instructions

Mix together all dry ingredients.

Slowly mix in the milk and vanilla essence until a smooth, thick batter is formed.

Heat oil in a nonstick pan.

Fry small dollops of mixture in a non-stick pan, flipping when halfway.
