Ingredients

  • 500 g Plain Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 670 ml Whole milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Oil To fry
  • 1 Ripe banana optional

Instructions

  1. Mix together all dry ingredients.

  2. Slowly mix in the milk and vanilla essence until a smooth, thick batter is formed.

  3. Heat oil in a nonstick pan.

  4. Fry small dollops of mixture in a non-stick pan, flipping when halfway.
