A mild and easy-to eat and digest keema for toddlers and babies. Serve with simple rice and any flatbreads to extend the recipe.
Mild Keema for Toddlers

Ingredients
- 1 bag Plant-based mince
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 Onion finely chopped in blender
- 2 Carrots finely chopped in blender
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 100 g Frozen peas
- 4 tbsp Tomato puree
- 200 ml Vegetable stock
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Mild curry blend
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- Yoghurt & mint dressing to serve
Instructions

Fry the finely chopped onion and carrot until translucent and softened.

Add the plant-based mince and cook until incorporated and lightly browned.

Stir in all the spices and tomato puree and mix to evenly coat.

Add the stock and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer until mince is cooked through and stock has reduced to a thicker consistency.

Stir in the peas at the last few minutes.

Serve topped with yoghurt & mint dressing and rice or chapatti, pudla, etc.
