Chana Dahl (IP)
Servings 12 toddler portions
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic finely crushed
- ½ Onion finely chopped
- 320 g Chana Dal (Split yellow dal)
- 1 tin Chopped tomatoes
- 700 ml Vegetable stock
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Cumin
Instructions

Finely chop onion and garlic and brown in some oil until softened.

Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot, cook on HIGH pressure for 15 minutes.

Natural pressure release whilst cooking rice or sides.

Stir to incorporate all ingredients and place IP on slow cook or keep warm as needed.
