A warming bowl of porridge with softened fruits
Finely chop raisins, and cover in freshly boiled water to steep whilst preparing the oats.
Blend the oats in a food processor to create a smoother porridge texture
Add the oats and raisins to a saucepan with milk, and cook on the hob until the oats are softened and cooked through.
Either serve immediately with Greek yogurt and fruit, or cool quickly to store in the fridge.
To reheat, add a little extra milk to thin out and heat through thoroughly on the hob or in a saucepan, then serve as above.
