I have seven sets of Knitpro Spectra (alternatively called Knitpicks Zephyr) tips in various sizes free to a good home if anyone can make use of them.
I have owned them for a long time but they have been hardly used as I couldn’t really get on with the plastic tips too well. I have found that I prefer the wooden tips and have just treated myself a to a few sizes that I was in need of, and so thought it was about time that I tried to pass these ones on to anyone who could do with them. There are no cables included, just the needle tips in the following sizes:
- 3.5mm
- 4mm
- 5mm
- 5.5mm
- 6mm
- 7mm
- 8mm
These would be perfect for anyone who either already had a few knit pro/knitpicks needle tips and cables and who wanted to increase their collection or someone who wanted to try them out and was able to purchase a couple of relatively inexpensive cables to go with the tips.
I’ll pop them in the post to anyone who can make use of them (ideally I’d like to send all seven pairs together to someone within the UK, to avoid overseas postage woes) so if you are in the UK and can make any use of these, please leave a comment with your email address below so that I can contact you.
I would love a pair, any size if they are still available. I’m using my mum’s old ones and they are all bent!!!!
Hi Jane,
you can have all seven pairs. It’s easier (and cheaper) for me to post them all to the one address if you are in the UK 🙂
Butting in to say that’s very generous of you. 🙂 I love finding out about random acts of kindness.
Always happy to get more 3.5mm’s – don’t know my own strength and get a bit mean with mine..
If no one else has grabbed these, I would quite happily take all pairs. I’m happy to pay postage as well 🙂 If they have gone – enjoy!
You are very generous! I would like to have them as sometimes it’s hard to knit dark yarn on dark coloured needles.
Please I would love to have them! I love the Zephyr clear acrylic tips. I would give them a perfect home!
I”m interested if you still have any. : ) I know I’m years late, but I’m in the US and I’ve been looking for some of these forever!!
