FO: Crocheted Rainbow

My handspun crocheted rainbow is complete and blocked. Obviously it is not yet a complete and functioning cushion, but it is itself a nice object now that this stage of the making process is complete.
The crocheting of this cushion practically flew by up until the green section, which is when I started to feel the increasing length of each subsequent row of crochet.
Though the idea for this cushion was a simple one, the effect is exactly what I wanted to achieve with this special yarn. I thought of a number of different ways to make some kind of radial design with the rainbow shaded yarn, but what could be more fitting than a rainbow?
That’s lovely. It would make a nice wall hanging. It reminds me of a rainbow I painted on my daughter’s bedroom when she was small.
That is adorable.
I love rainbows they always remind me of my Mum who passed away 7 years ago. Yours is beautiful
That is so pretty. It would be the cutest welcome mat ever, but I would never let anyone step on it!
What a fun idea for a pillow! Beautiful!
This makes me so happy!
I have never done dyeing myself, so I am in awe of your skills. At first glance, I just thought you had changed colors at ends of rows, but, you calibrated it perfectly to change at just the right spot! How do you do that?!?
